Hi! Looking for someone to take over my lease for my current apartment. This is a three bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Costa Mesa! (Near by the lab) You would have the master room and your private bathroom. The place comes with a parking spot and has on site laundry. Really great location and well kept property. I am looking for someone to move in by March 1st but I can move out by February 15th if needed (: lease is until June 28th with the option of renewing after or going month to month

The two roommates you will be moving in with are 23 & 24 (f) nursing students. Both are so amazing and very easy to live with. They are clean, respectful, and responsible. During the weeks, it’s pretty quiet since both have different schedules but we do like to have our fun on the weekends. Would love to find someone that can get along well with them and fit well in the apartment.
