About the room
Apartment is half a block from Safeway in university place. It’s very quiet. Neighbors are super nice. Apartment offers no amenities unfortunately. Washer and dryer is not in unit, just a building over. Lots of other shopping very close.
About the roomies
I’m a 36 year old single dad of 2 boys. I have my kids every Wednesday and alternating weekends. Looking for someone to help offset my bills. I would share a room with my kids when they are home. I am a mellow guy. I never have company over. I don’t throw parties. I do have a cat so please don’t be allergic. I work for the state on a hybrid schedule.
