Clean and modern two bedroom and two bath apartment. Quiet neighborhood with assigned parking space and visitor lot available to residents. Apartment complex is near the I-5, many stores and in a safe area. The room is great, very similar to other bedroom but has a walk in closet.

I am a full time worker and am usually at the gym rock climbing. I don’t have a set schedule so I either come home around the evening or late night. I enjoy having a tidy space and am communicative when it comes to shared appliances, area and sharing common household items like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. I am looking for someone on the same mindset and is responsible with paying bills on time!
