Woodlawn Avenue

Hi there! We are looking for a new roommate. We live in a three bedroom duplex in a quieter area of Portland. The house has a two floors and the open room is in a large, finished basement. The other two bedrooms are upstairs so the basement room is very private! We have 1 and half bathrooms. The full bathroom is shared upstairs and the half bath can be all yours!! Kitchen and living room are very spacious and have a ton of natural light. We’ve got a driveway for parking and a decent sized backyard with a fire pit and a little porch overlooking it. The basement room has two small windows and tile flooring with a half closet. Utilities are not included in the rent. We live on a dead end street with an awesome trail system that’s in walking distance. The nearest bus stop is a short walk in the opposite direction.

My name is Jordan Im a 24 year old female living with my friend Sophie (also a 24 year old female). I’m currently working as a sever/bartender at Otto (that’s right free pizza all the time) and Sophie works primarily in construction but part time in in a restaurant. We’re both crafty individuals who fill our free time with lots of hobbies. Simultaneously we’re extroverts and frequently enjoy having a few friends over. Overall we’re very laid back individuals and would love someone of similar vibes. Sophie does have a couple birds in her bedroom but they are very nice and handsome. House plants are encouraged and streaming services are shared. (Looking for the disney plus to our netflix, hbo and hulu.). We keep our common areas clean and prefer direct communication.
