Hello, My lease is up for renewal in may and I am looking for two responsible roommates to take over the extra rooms. There are two private bedrooms available for rent.

The property is located on Rio Salado and Dobson in west-mid Mesa (willing to DM address) and sits directly across from the Mesa Riverview Grand Park. There are two shopping districts, a gym, and several well priced restaurants all within less than a mile.

• Cats or Dogs aren’t allowed (other pets are ok)
• No Children
• 420 friendly
• LGBTQIA+ Friendly
• We’d like our roommate to be in our age range (20’s - 35 y/o)

Pricing and Lease Term:

-The Lease is from May 1st, 2023 - May 1st, 2024. Earlier move in can be accommodated if needed.

The total monthly cost for each room is $800 which includes utilities

There is a 1 months rent refundable security deposit that is returned at the end of the lease.

Amenities: -In house washer + dryer -Safe street parking -a backyard pool with weekly maintenance -24/7 access to housing maintenance -Large shared bathroom

The ideal roommate is someone who is kind, responsible, and likes to keep to themselves. Our home is very very quiet because of my work as well as we are quiet people in general. We are looking for people who share the same values and hobbies and who won’t cause drama. Personally I like become friends with my roommates and getting to know them.

A little about me, I’m 27 and work for a private mortgage company as a recruitment manager. I was born in Santa Monica, CA but moved graduated from NAU with a BA in Psychology. I am a very quiet and collected person and the home energy is very much the same. My main hobbies are watching TV (Bob’s Burgers, Star Wars, 80’s/90’s sitcoms), working out, taking vacations, and playing video games/ TTRPG’s. I’ve lived in the home for the last 4 years and currently caretake for it as well. I believe in cleanliness and good aura’s. It’d would be great to find someone who likes to be friends as well.
