About the room

The property is a beautiful, spacious, 2 story 1420sqft house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a private, fenced in backyard and driveway parking. The home is in a quiet subdivision minutes to downtown Fort Walton Beach, Hurlburt Field, and Eglin AFB.

Included in rent would be the primary bedroom located downstairs that comes equipped with a full, en suite bathroom (see photos depicting bedroom with dark blue wall). Utilities such as gas, water/garbage, wifi, and electricity are all included in the rent.

There is room for discussion about the 3rd unoccupied bedroom (on 2nd floor) if an office/additional private space is needed. There would be an increase in the monthly rent if you choose to *solely occupy the spare bedroom located on the 2nd floor of the home.

Interior common areas are a medium-sized kitchen, half bathroom on 1st floor, and open-concept dining/living room. No smoking indoors.

About the roomies

About Me: I work as a paralegal during regular hours M-F, and go to the beach/play beach volleyball in my off time. I am honest, laid back, non-judgmental, respectful of others and their privacy, clean and neat. Because I am somewhat introverted, I prefer my home to be a quiet, calm space; but I have no issues with socializing from time to time. I enjoy a few home workouts throughout the week and and do weekly meal prepping. I drink socially on occasion, but my big party days are behind me. I have been told I am a great roommate who is focused on consideration for others and respect for others’ privacy and belongings.

Female roommate preferred. Must show proof of income and provide a verified rental reference. Must be respectful, neat and non-smoker (inside the home). You’ll be sharing the common areas of the home with myself, a well-behaved medium-sized dog and a loveable but shy cat. While my dog has great manners and LOVES people, he is NOT a fan of other dogs; so sorry, no other pets allowed.
