We have one downstairs private guest room (unfurnished) with a private bathroom.

The house has five bedrooms and three baths. The neighborhood area is quiet and safe. The neighborhood has security on patrol 24/7. Close to 71fwy, 60 fwy, 57 fwy, and 91 fwy. There are several hospitals, shops, gyms, and restaurants nearby. There is plenty of parking spaces available. There is a park and trail nearby.

The kitchen is spacious and has granite countertops. Includes refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, air fryer, and cupboards for storage, and space in the pantry.

-There are a total of 5 females in this household -All full-time working professionals with the exception of one high school senior who will be moving to San Diego to attend UCSD in the fall -We currently have two dogs. Sofi, a small 9lb chihuahua, and Marvin, a medium 40lb golden doodle. All are friendly and playful! -We are all clean, positive, respectful, friendly, and maintain a safe harmonious environment. We are looking for a roommate to have the same vision and expectations. -We are looking for a single female only.
