About the room
We are currently looking for a male or female roommate. This is a fully furnished room with queen size bed (furnishings can be modified) in a fully furnished twenty four hundred square foot home near Livermore Lawrence National Laboratory(LLNL). Close to shopping, parks and other amenities. The tenant will have full access to the shared living spaces(living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen and backyard).
About the roomies
We are an energetic and outdoors minded couple. We pride ourselves on creating a fun, respectful and safe environment. We keep a clean home as can be seen by the pictures. We will respect your privacy but enjoy a good conversation when in the shared spaces. Looking for respectful, kind, clean and non smoking roommate. We have house students from the LLNL, travel nurses and professionals. We enjoy sharing our home with clean and respectful tenants.
