Looking for ONE to TWO PEOPLE to fill the PRIMARY bedroom & bathroom. Also have an EXTRA BEDROOM if you’d like to use it as an office space for an additional $650.
The bedroom(s) and bath are not furnished, but the common areas are with the standard appliances (ie. W&D, fridge, microwave, etc) + countertop appliances (ie. air fryer, Instant Pot, etc).
The home is nestled in a new community in Devine Lake. The community has its own swimming pool, playgrounds, and walking trails. The local area is full of parks, trails, shopping, dining, entertainment and even a skate park. Easy access to the surrounding cities: Austin, Cedar Park, and Georgetown via the 183.
Flexible on lease length. Security Deposit = At least one month’s rent.
Pets are welcome (Pet Deposit: $350 - $500). No smoking inside.
Utilities: Split evenly. Parking: Street Parking (Free) or Garage Parking ($40/Month)
About the roomies
I’m in my mid-20’s and work at home about 50% of the time as a Property Manager.
Tend to be introverted, but can be spontaneous and adventurous as well. Fairly clean and organized, and is looking for a roomie(s) who is mindful of others and cleans-up after yourself!
