If location is key for you, this room is only five blocks from Cookman Avenue in Asbury Park and five blocks from the beach!

Kitchen, living room and bathroom (full) are shared with roommate.

The apartment is on the top floor of a three-floor house which means we get a lot of natural sunlight. The bedroom has windows facing the street but street noise is minimal.

I’m a 30-something musician and IT professional that works for a local hospital system. I like to keep things clean and tend to fix issues around the apartment.

I generally do not into use the apartment to entertain guests (we are extremely close to bars, etc.) but friends are welcome to visit as long as noise is kept to a minimum.
