Hello! I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and respectful lady to take over my roommate’s lease. Women only please! No couples or children either, please!

The place is a charming 1400 square foot home with a large, fenced backyard and nice-sized rooms. The room available for rent shares a bathroom with another tenant and is available June 1, 2026. The lease lasts a year and ends May 31, 2027. Rent is $640/month + 1/3 of utilities (normally around $90-$130 per person) and a $300 security deposit. Each tenant must earn at least 2.5x their portion of rent each month. The landlord does not permit smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises. I also want to mention that yard work (mowing, raking, shoveling, etc) is the tenants’ responsibility so I hope you’re okay to help out with that, along with the regular cleaning/upkeep of the house!

The home is located in an old, beautiful neighborhood with a lot of lovely people. It’s close to shops and restaurants and the Eagle River, too!

A little about me…I’m an introverted, quiet, responsible female. I work a couple jobs and spend the majority of my down time in my room. I’m looking for someone who prefers a similar lifestyle. Home should be your happy place and I want to make sure you’d feel as comfortable here as I do! I want whoever moves in to be comfortable and happy living here, but I do want to mention that I’m not looking for partiers, large gatherings, or overnight guests. Home is my safe place and I’m looking for others who just want a quiet refuge to return to at the end of the day.

I have an emotional support dog. He’s a real sweetheart and loves fetch. He hangs out in my room while I’m working and is well-trained and quiet. The landlord doesn’t want any more pets.

The other tenant is a super sweet girl who works full-time. She loves to cook and garden!
