The place is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse in the heart of South Norwalk; a 2min walk to bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as a 5min walk to South Norwalk Train Station. On the basement floor there is a private attached garage, laundry room, and half bathroom. One floor up you’ll find an open concept kitchen/dining room and living room with a door to the courtyard. This level has hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless appliances, including a gas range. On the next floor, there are two ample bedrooms that share a large bathroom. Then on the top floor you’ll find the master suite with its own bathroom and a balcony with a view of Long Island sound.
