FURNISHED BEDROOM FOR RENT ASAP:) My boyfriend and I are renting out one of the rooms in our townhome. The bedroom is fully furnished and comes with a private bathroom. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Wellington. It is very close to shopping, restaurants and the gym. Closest intersection is Forest Hill and Wellington Trace. Good sized common area. Shared kitchen, living room and backyard. We are looking for someone easy to get along with! We are open to renting it out short-term, and the max we would rent it would be 5 months.
