Available June 15th: I have a room available in a large house, the room is a good size with high ceilings and a large closet. The house has pretty much everything you could want - a fully stocked kitchen, living room with a recliner couch, large TV with every streaming service, backyard with propane grill, wood burning fire pit for chillin and roasting marshmallows plus a few tables and plenty of seats for hanging out with friends.

The house is in the Bluemont Suburb which is fairly central and close to the Ballston metro area along with the bars/restaurants/hangout spots in Ballston. Its only a 5-minute uber to the Clarendon nightlife scene and 15-minutes to DC.

Bluemont park is just a few steps away with beautiful jogging trails and soccer/tennis courts.

The room is available furnished or unfurnished as needed by the renter.

We are all fairly quiet and extremely clean but like to hang out from time to time.

We are all independent and have our own schedules but get along really well and are looking for someone that would fit in.

Looking for someone like-minded who is normal and cleans up after themselves.
