I have some rooms available in a large house, the rooms are fairly large in size with high ceilings and the house has pretty much everything you could want - a fully stocked kitchen, living room with a recliner couch, large TV with every streaming service, backyard with propane grill, wood burning fire pit for chillin and roasting marshmallows plus a few tables and plenty of seats for hanging out with friends.

The house is in the Bluemont Suburb and is fairly central and close to the Ballston metro area along with the bars/restaurants/hangout spots in Ballston.

Bluemont park is just a few steps away with beautiful jogging trails and soccer/tennis courts.

I’m currently looking for people to fill 2 open rooms, currently we have myself - a software engineer and one other person who works as a bartender.

We are both fairly quiet and extremely clean but like to hang out from time to time.
