The property is located above Redlands in the town of Running Springs, it’s only a 25-30 minute drive down the mountain road (Hwy. 330) to the towns of Highland and redlands.

You’ll see Catalina Island and ships on the ocean with your bare eyes (on a few clear winter days), and Panoramic views of city lights below your window or from anywhere on the property.

Bedroom is large: 210 sq. ft. (13ft. X 16 ft.) with a high Pine Beam ceiling. Additionally, it has its own 4’ x 8’ walk-in closet with many shelves.

It has its own Private full bath.

Additionally, the unit has a 50 sq. ft. Kitchenette with New 14 cu. ft. Fridge, New 1,000 watt Microwave, New Cuisinart Induction double burner cooktop, New Air Fryer Toaster Oven and a Stainless steel sink for dishes.

Unit has its own Washer and Dryer

It has its own gas wall heater with thermostat.

The room has new drywall, Hardwood stained molding, paint, carpet and new bathroom flooring. Rent is $975/mo.

Utilities are included: Gas, Water, Sewer, Strong Internet, Electric and Trash are all provided.

The unit is partially furnished with Queen Bed (articulating bed can raise back and knees), Chairs, love seat/recliner and a small Table.

Parking is on street.

We have nice and quiet neighbors. The unit is available to a mature, responsible and respectful renter.

You’ll probably enjoy the pine trees, the large clean Private unit with its serene mountain views and choose to stay year round! But, be advised that this would have you occasionally shoveling snow in the winter; on 2 flights of stairs up to the street.
