My house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Right know I have a guest bed and a tv in my second room. I am open to furnished or unfurnished based on request. You will have the front bathroom to yourself unless guest come over. Also my property has a parking pad off the main road and has easy access to the 189. You will get one parking space. If you have guest over there is parking at the sports park down the road. I also live walking distance to the national forest which is a great place for hiking, trail running, or a relaxing walk.
