The property is on the 9th floor with it’s own balcony overlooking the front of the building/parking lot. The room has its own bathroom with dresser drawers and a queen size bed with provided bedding. There is also a TV with a streaming services box that can be linked onto with your own accounts as well as a mini fridge for extra snacks/drinks. The kitchen and living room is considered shared space. There isn’t a washer/dryer in the unit however there are coin operated machines on each floor and a laundry mat with larger machines across the street if needed.

The room is nonsmoking, that includes tobacco, weed, dabs/vapes of any kind however there is a large balcony for outdoor smoking if necessary. I DO NOT allow pets due to shedding and cleaning costs. Each room has its own trash bin, with a large one next to the kitchen with two separate bags, one fore recyclables and the other for regular trash. There is a working dishwasher in the unit or you can choose to wash by and in the sink if you are a minimalist.

Unlike other postings, this building also includes its own gym, a pool (only available in Summer months), a billiards room, a library an in building barber shop, restaurant and spa so many bonuses to take advantage of.

I am 34 years old and work as a medical professional in the hospital. I like fun activities both at home and out underneath the sun. I live in the main bedroom adjacent to the room with my own bathroom. I am quiet and rarely have visitors.

If you’re clean and respectful, we should have no issue at all. I’ve had roomies that are social and ones that keep to themselves. If l can make your time visiting more accommodating if you choose to move in, please let me know.
