There is also a garden space available, covered front porch, large back deck, and big yard. It has character and is clean/tidy. There are 2 resident cats - and they only go to the upstairs space if you want. No additional pets allowed.

I am looking for someone who is generally quiet, clean/tidy, working with steady employment or student funding, and no drama. Single occupancy only.
