1 bedroom unfurnished and shared bathroom.

Access to the entire house such as kitchen, living room, laundry room and backyard. Home is in a gated community that has a pool, jacuzzi, playground, and basketball court. Rent is 850 a month which includes utilities. Utilities consist of water, garbage, gas, electricity and wifi. Tenant will also have their own private garage for parking ☺️ 200 security deposit, but refundable upon leaving if no damages occur. Please no couples or children.

Single occupancy only. No pets as we have our own.

There’s are 3 roommates in the home. Everyone has different schedules and come as go as needed. Everyone gets along really well and respectful of each other and each others spaces.
