The propert is located in court in the Sun River Development in Rancho Cordova. Home is 1800sqft. I am renting the two spare bedrooms for one person. You will have the hallway bathroom to yourself other than the occasional quest.
About the roomies
I am in my late 50s, Ex Military and Peace Officer. Recently Retired from the State as an IT Security Specialist. Quiet and respectful. I try to keep the home clean and orderly, but I am not a neat freak. I have two bedrooms I am renting for one person. Bedrooms are average size and the hallway bathroom is for my roommate and occasional quests. House is located in court so low traffic and noise.
