4 Beds 3 Baths - House College Station Howdy! We have one bedroom available in a four bed three bath house. Girls only! All the rooms are decently sized and the common areas will be furnished, including the back patio. The furniture pictured in the living room is not ours and it’s just from the website. All you would have to worry about furnishing is your own bedroom. You can of course bring your own furniture to put in the common areas, but only if you want too. Two dogs will be in the house. They are named Lucy and Apollo. Both super sweet and like to cuddle if you allow them that luxury. 😜 Rent is $500 a month plus utilities.

A little about us: We like to take turns cooking dinner for each other some weeks when our schedules allow it. We love to hangout together either at the house or going out. Could be a movie night on the couch, a hangout by the fire pit in the backyard, or a night out in college station. We are very clean people and like to keep all the common areas as clean as we can, especially when we have guests over. We keep wall scent plugins around the house and vacuum at least once a week.
