The entire home is fully furnished, which you have access to, in a coliving environment (house share). Month-to-Month lease terms only with rent due monthly on the 1st. There is a 1 month security deposit and 1st month’s rent move-in fee due upon move in. In addition, a coliving meet and greet scheduled before move-in. Utilities and Wifi are included. No pets, no overnight guests, no drugs, no excessive drinking and no smoking allowed in the unit. Smoking allowed on the porch.
