About the room
It is a 3 bedroom townhome. You will have the hall bath and hall bedroom. The room rent is for 1 person only. Each person occupies one room. Kitchen and living area is shared between all the people living in the house. No smoking and no pets.
About the roomies
I own the townhome and visit there once a month and stay on and off when I visit Salisbury. The current renter of one of the rooms is an older adult who works Night Shift.
