Our house is a comfy three-unit home, and the biggest unit is now available for $950.

It has one two walk-in closets, a spacious kitchen, and a bedroom, living room, bathroom, and washer/dryer in the actual unit itself.

It’s walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Wawa, Rutgers, and LA Fitness. What else do you need in life? :)

As the landlord, I’m a laid-back educator who selects tenants very carefully. While the three units are separate, they share a big backyard, a sun room patio with a grill, and a parking lot, so the vibes of the home are positive and chill. I could easily get $1400 for the space, but my goal is to find a great tenant - not the highest-paying tenant.
