Allissa's room

This is a small apartment in the upstairs of a house. It is located about 5 minutes from campus on the north side of town. There is one (unfurnished) open bedroom that has a small closet. The rest of the apartment is pretty standard, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, a storage closet, and an enclosed porch. To get to the apartment, you will have to go up a staircase and it is not wheelchair accessible. Laundry is on-site (free), and included in the rent is WiFi, trash, plowing, electricity, water, etc. There is driveway parking and a garage that can park 1 car inside and 2 cars outside in front of the garage. The garage is a great for storage as well!

I am a 20 year old Ferris student going into my fourth year (starting fall of 2023) of social work! I enjoy reading, painting, plants, and pretty much anything else a typical college student does. I usually keep to myself but am talkative with people I’m comfortable around!
