I have a room for rent (available May 1) on the edge of Falls Church City at the intersection of West St. and Lee Highway. The room is 12’x22’ with a 6’x6’ closet with a private bathroom.

It is minutes away from 3 metro stations (Dunloring, West, and East Falls Church) with a metro bus stop right outside the front door.

-Merrifield Town Center is 5 minutes away

-Tysons is just a 10 minute drive away

-GMU is about a 15-20 minute drive

-I-66 and 495 ramps are just 5 minutes away

-Route 50 is about 5 minutes away

Rent is $1400 which includes utilities (internet and electricity) Private bathroom. Security deposit required. Shared washer and dryer. Also you have access to the community pool when it is open during the summer.
