One of four bedrooms in the unit. The bedroom has lots of natural light, hardwood floors, a closet, a cute little nook, & is on the main floor. We unfortunately do not have a washer/dryer in the unit. Parking is tight, but there is usually lots of street parking! Easily walkable to 3rd & Washington. Rent is $1800+utilities (except water & trash), so your individual payment per month would be $600+ utilities.
