Availability for a large unfurnished bedroom in a house located in a quiet neighbor in Port Hueneme. The facilities and outdoor areas are maintained by HOA, and the property is located 2 miles from the beach/channel islands. Close to many grocery stores, shops, and restaurants, and about a 15-20 minute drive to the Oxnard Collection and downtown Ventura. Smoking is not allowed indoors. No pets of any kind.

I will be paying for the required background check.
