About the home: This home is in excellent condition and very spacious - 2072 sq ft plus an attached 660 sq ft 3 car garage! Great open floor plan with 4 bed, 2.5 bath, laundry room, casual living room with cozy gas fireplace, formal living room and dining area. Kitchen has pantry, hardwood floors, stainless appliances, and gas range. New furnace, roof, carpet (only 3 years old), and LED lighting makes this house cozy and efficient! There are new quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Backyard is very private with a natural green belt (lots of wildlife), hedging, and large patio for bonfires and grilling. Located in a well maintained, safe cul-de-sac community. Short drive to Alderwood Mall (2.9mi), Canyon Park (4.0mi), University of Washington - UW Bothell (7.7mi) and easily accessible from i5 or i405. Available Rooms: $850/month plus utilities ~130/month per person, and includes the following:

• 1 private unfurnished 10’ x 10’ bedroom that fits a queen bed and dresser and has a good average size closet.
• 1 shared full bathroom & linen closet. Bathroom has double sinks, so you each get your own!
• Space in garage for storage
• Use of all common areas *Can accommodate a workspace/desk in shared space if needed. *There is room to bring your own furniture and decorations for use in common areas. Please make it your home too!

Terms:

• First and last month’s rent plus a security deposit. *1 Year Lease +
• Tenants splits all utilities and internet equally with other 2 housemates (landlord pays garbage & HOA dues).
• Tenant must agree to HOA rules.
• Background/credit check is required for application. $42 screening fee for serious applicants.

Housemates:

Alexa (and dog Annabelle): I grew up here in Washington and love the outdoors. I regularly go hiking, camping, backpacking, kayaking, snowboarding, snowshoeing, etc! I have a small sweet 10 year old dog who loves to come with me on most all of my adventures! I work with youth full time in the recreation field, and I’m in my upper-30s. Sometimes I work at home when I’m planning my programs. I’m usually out and about on weekends exploring all that our amazing state has to offer. I enjoy chillin’ in the backyard under the stars on nice summer evenings, while sitting by the fire! Sometimes I like to host BBQs, game nights, and holiday gatherings with friends. I’ve lived in this home for almost 2 years now and love it! The landlord is amazing! I also enjoy going to breweries, wineries, doing arts and crafts (especially paint nights!), photography, watching movies, indoor cycling, and just relaxing to some peace and quiet with my dog. Looking for chill housemates who also enjoy the outdoors, and must like dogs!

Ashley (and two senior doggos): Also moving in June 1st. I’m in real estate school currently and I serve on evenings and weekends. I’m 35, I don’t party or smoke. I love plants, animals, home decor, photography…. Big music fan also! looking for a safe roomie with some common interests.
