** Basic No Frill’s Room in a safe .,cure 3 bedroom private home .Looking for one person with verifiable income / employed and has a job to go to away from the home at least 32 hours per week. Home will be shared with two others, one is 65 and the other is 71 both occupy their own room’s. Both are Clean. Quiet. Respectful Mature Adult’s and are not party people. So the same would be expected of you., Utilities are included in rent.

** About The Room:

• Medium Microwave
• 1 Floor lamps, 1 table lamp, 1 ceiling light
• Small folding food tray/table and wooden chair
• Adjustable cordless blinds on all windows.
• One oscillating Pedestal Fan
• A 8000 BTU A/C - note* to keep the rent low , A/C must be shut off between 10 pm and 10 am . Only the fan will be used during between those hours.
• Use of Shared Bath
• You will have use of Shared Bathroom
• Use of the sink, counter space, counter top appliances, utensils in the kitchen, -You will not have use of kitchen Fridge or Stove. -There is no TV or Cable in the room- You can supply your own Tv and hookup either a 70 mile rage HD digital
  antenna which will provide you with about 45 clear usable channels, a streaming or casting device, your own Roku, fire stick or similar device’s.
• Off Street parking in a halfway decent neighborhood.
• Thier is no closet,, shelves are available.
• You cannot bring your own furniture or any other non essential items, there is limited space,
• Washer and Dryer is not available.
• You can not bring any dirty and/or moldy items or anything that was previously stored in a shed, grage, or picked for a trash pile into this house , We are bug free and we work hard to keep it that way.

** The Rental Terms: rent is $145 per week or $580 monthly., due in advance for the following week every Friday on time, no excuses. To move in you will need 1st and last weeks rent + 2 weeks worth of rent for a security deposit Total Move in cost will be $580 .00.
On Fridays you will either pay another weeks rent or give your week notice (deposits will not be used to pay your rent). If you give your notice, your last week’s rent will be used for the upcoming week. * You must give one weeks’ notice before moving and move out on time, or your deposit will be forfeited,

**Keeping It Safe, Secure and Drama Free:

1. This is a No Drama Home and there is Zero Tolerance for Slobs, Drunks. Druggies, or any kind of Drama, If you fall into any of the above category’s, don’t bother responding to this post You will not be happy here it here and your stay will be short.

Note This is not a modern updated home. It is a 57 yo block home. We expect you to be clean , both in habits and hygiene, if you’re a total ocd freak then you room probably isn’t for you. Another note * room is about 14x12 (168 sf ) at the current time a small 4x8 ft corner is being temporarily used to store some household items. If this will be a problem for you then please don’t respond to this post.
