Kelly's room

Hello! I have a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom in our 3bd/2bth townhouse available for rent. The entire house is furnished, including the outdoor patio. We have a laundry room located through our private patio, as well as a security system and shared parking. There is also plenty of street parking! We are located 3 blocks from the bay and 11 from the beach. 3 blocks from the grocery stores and shopping centers, and easy access to the I-5 freeway.

We are waiting for our downstairs roommate to move out to move the purchased furniture inside the available bedroom! We do not have pictures yet, however included will be: mounted tv, mattress and frame, dresser, nightstand, and vanity.

Kelly: 27, grad student studying MFT. Currently working as a research psychology assistant and at a local beach bar. Loves spending time with friends and at home. Hobbies include: painting, water sports, snowboarding, traveling, cooking, and binge watching Netflix. Occasionally hosts game and wine nights at home. Genevieve: 23, works remotely for a construction company. Loves going to the gym and beach. Hobbies include: gym, cooking, swimming, and spending time with friends. Also loves to have girls nights in!

We are both very clean, respectful, and kind. Ideally want a like-minded individual living with us!
