It will be a lease takeover of a private bedroom with attached private bathroom with the ability to renew in October 2023. The apartment is located in the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area with very easy access to I-285 & 400, food, shopping, and groceries.

• Rent is $1,100/person + utilities + $40/person for internet - must have 3 paystubs and 3 bank statements ⁃ pass the apartments income requirements
