Looking to rent out downstairs bedroom to a responsible and quiet tenant. My property is a 4 bedroom and one and a half bath property. I am a single male with a dog. Tenant must be okay with animals. Tenant must also have references, compliant with completing a background check, smoke free, drug free, alcohol responsible, and must have a steady source of income. Students highly welcomed, but not exclusive. Must be okay with conducting an interview for eligibility.

I am a 45 year old male with one dog looking to rent out my bottom stairs bedroom. Tenant will have access to their own half bath. I work in medical sales and work a hybrid role 2 days out of the week. My dog is very friendly but tenant MUST be okay with animals.
