Hi I’m looking for a male or female to share my house. It’s a bedroom that has a full size bed frame and nightstand if needed with a shared bathroom! Washer and dryer located inside house. Maid service, landscaping, all utilities (water, sewage, gas, electric), household products, and internet are included in the monthly rent. Income verification required. House is 3000 square feet with finished basement. House has furnished common area and appliances. Driveway parking. No cigarette smoking. We currently already have a docile cat. 6 or 12 months lease.

Located in Marlton 20 minutes from Philly. Conveniently located between 70 and 73. All grocery stores (Wholefoods, Trader Joes, Shoprite, Aldi’s, Walmart, etc.) are located within 5 minutes. NJ Turnpike and 295 exits within 5 minutes as well.

I live here with my college friend. We both went to school for engineering and computer science. We both work full time jobs and are quiet, clean, and responsible.
