Hi Neighbors! I am looking for a female roommate to rent 1 bedroom in our 3 bd/1bth house in Rancho Cordova. We’re in a great location near parks, schools, and grocery stores. Our house also has a large backyard with hammocks, a trampoline, and shed/hangout spot that we love to enjoy with my dog, Kora. My dad lives part time in the house and visits on weekends. I’m looking for a roommate that is easy going, respectful, and transparent, just as I will be!

I’m a 26yr old f living in a warm home environment. I love baking and doing art in my spare time. My dad visits the bay a lot, so there will be periods of time when he isn’t around. We are flexible and understanding, and hope to find someone who will contribute to a happy home environment.

I am working toward becoming a social worker, and I work for a non-profit helping our community, specifically disabled youth. I also do a lot of activism and community organizing in my personal time. Leaving the world better than I found it is one of my biggest philosophies. ♥️
