Hello. I am looking for a female roomate who will sign a contract from 09/01/2024 to 08/31/2025! (It can be renewed if you want.)

This condo is 2bd 1bath house, and I am looking for a person who will live in a bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom are shared place!

geographic conditions

• 9 minutes on foot to BU, (0.4mi)
• 18 minutes on foot to MCPHS and 14 minutes by public transportation (Bus 47, 57), (0.9mi)
• 17 minutes walk to Northeastern University and 13 minutes by public transportation (Bus 47, CT-2). (0.8mi)

Shopping malls such as Star market or target are within an 8-minute walk.

cost

• When moving in, First month + Last month fee + deposit are required.
• The monthly rent is $1400.
• Hot water & heat are included in the monthly rent! You only have to pay extra for electricity and Wi-Fi.

The house is located on the second floor, and you don’t have to worry about security.

• Coin laundry and dryer are in the basement. (need $2 each)
• The garbage dump exists at the back of the building.

It is not possible to move in with pets. The landlord does not allow it.
