Master bedroom with own bathroom/shower in Seaside fully furnished, internet included and kitchen use with own cupboard and refrigerator use. Corner lot so plenty of room for parking and located within minutes to highway.

I am a nurse who rents out my master bedroom to other healthcare providers. My mother and step father live in the house at the other master bedroom but are gone most of the time especially during the day.
