Kaitlyn's room

This property is a Cute house in North East Kansas City with a huge yard. It has solar panels, a chicken coop, huge garden area and a playground set. The only animal right now is a puppy, but it maybe be a future home to chickens. The house is 3 stories with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on each level. The basement has plenty of storage area, and the 3rd floor is a loft with a guest bedroom and bathroom.

Currently, myself and one other woman lives here. We are both independent in doing our own thing and pretty low key. We simply believe in cleaning up after yourself and treating it as your own home in taking care of it. I also have great relationships with some in the neighborhood and would expect that you would continue to respect our neighbors. We both follow Jesus and ask that any one who wants to live here also does.

Roscoe is a 6 month puppy - Great Piernese Lab mix who also lives here. I am open to other pets as long as they get along with dogs!
