It is being used as an exercise room. Laundry room and fenced in backyard. Close to Chippenham and 288 and only 14 minutes to Richmond city. Looking for a single female that is fairly clean and responsible. Cutting grass is required and split with the other female tenant. Peaceful home in a quiet area.
