Breakdown: You will have your own bathroom, your own room, full kitchen, and the apartment has a balcony with a view of a pond. The room is actuall a pretty decent size the closet is a small walk in with a shoe rack.

The complex has multiple gyms, pools, fire pits, grills, a computer room, pool room, mail room, a trail on the pond, Tennis court/basketball court.

The aparment and complex is equally yours once you make the decison to move here.

I would like to add the person on the lease so we both legit entitled to everything. So employement is important, and a background check will be done by the leasing office.

The aparment complex is located by Board st which is main road here in Sumter so grocery stores, retails stores, restaurants are all nearby for your convenience.

Hello :) My name is Eli Im from Florida just moved out to Sumter SC about a month and half ago so I am fairly new to the area. I enjoy to travel and do it often, I enjoy to cook, I am very respectful of others space and privacy however I am very open and transparent so no hidden agendas with me just simply looking for a roommate who also wouldnt mind saving some extra coin in today’s world lol

I model and do photograhpy on the side kinda a passion of mine, I also do podcast here and there once I get more settled I plan on doing it more consistently so time to time you I may have a few people over for that .. very few lol I appreciate my alone time lol
