The house is located in a new sub-development less than a mile from exit five on I-10. It is a four-bed, two-bath, single-story new build with almost eighteen hundred square feet of finished floor space and a garage. I am looking to rent out two bedrooms to one renter. Both rooms share walls with one full bathroom that will act as the renter and guest bathroom. The renter will have access to a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer combo. Storage spaces will be split two ways, and the kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, laundry room, patio, and yard will be common areas. The location is wonderful for getting anywhere from western Mobile to western Fort Walton within an hour. The neighborhood is under construction, but coming together nicely. I have not been significantly delayed by the construction in my last month of living here. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The yard and open spaces are ideal for having people over. Furnishing, fencing, and decorating are still underway.

My goal is to live here with one roommate. I am a Christian and an Air Force Officer here for training. I’d describe myself as laid back, and I find it easy to get along with the vast majority of people I meet. I do think that it is important to keep common areas clean, and I would expect a roommate to share that goal. While I do not care what substances you have or use outside of the property, smoking will not be allowed in the house or garage. Cannabis or any recreational drugs or psychodelics will not be allowed on the property.
