I am renting this cute 3 bedroom house with a huge yard and lots of fruit trees. It is a split plan. Huge screened in patio with propane fireplace and outside furniture and tv with dart board. Also, the front door has a small screened in patio. the whole house is furnished, and I like to keep things neat and tidy. The backyard is all fenced in and on the other side of fence is a small horse farm. The bed is a queen size bed with tall dresser, long dresser and end table. Bonus 42 in tv in there. Right now, the utilities are running me about 330 including water, electric, cable, internet and home phone. Also includes lawn service. Huge driveway but not covered. But could get sun tarps. Have a huge 8 ft swing under huge tree to just relax in. Third bedroom I am trying to get set up to be office with computer access, fax and printer. Brand new washer and dryer and waterless water heater. Brand new refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. Also, brand new electric stove. Have a VHS and DVD recorder and player in living room and guest bedroom. Also have Roko and cable on all tv’s. Ceiling fan in all bedrooms with remote. Bedroom has blinds and blackout curtains.

I am a disabled photographer. I have a Jack Russell Terrier service dog. She is friendly to people. A little wary of men until she gets to know you. I do not smoke, I’m a social drinker. Not a sloppy drunk that knocks things over. I am not wanting that in my home. No drugs. If you have a license to use medical marijuana that is fine. Just not in the house. I am 56 yrs. old and grew up in Merritt Island. I live a very quiet life. I usually go to my friend’s house and rarely they come here. NO DRAMA PLEASE! I am renting but treat this house like it was mine. I would like to have a signed one-year lease. My landlord is aware of me renting a room out. I would like for my roommate to also treat this house like it was theirs. Clean up after yourself and keep your space clean.
