Looking for a roommate for a house in home park near Georgia Tech! This is is 3 bedroom house but I’ve been using the 3rd bedroom as a guest room/office, so I’m only looking for one roommate. Rent includes all utilities (electric, water, wifi, parking, etc). We would each have our own bathroom as well!

I am a Georgia Tech grad currently working in midtown. I’m very laid back, friendly, clean/organized, and looking for a roommate who’s similar but also doesn’t mind hanging out and sharing the common space. I live an active lifestyle and would love to show someone new to the city what Atlanta has to offer!
