Very spacious 3 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment in Peabody. Huge kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Rent is 1,100 each. Everything but electric and wifi is included which we will split (never over $65 each). Landlord doesn’t allow pets unfortunately. He requires first and last which will be 2,200 and we will sign a new lease (6mo-a year not sure yet). Furniture welcomed as I haven’t done much furnishing 😂 The apartment is on the second floor. Parking for one car included. Located in a great area close to everything- the mall, the movies, multiple grocery stores & restaurants and located right next to 128 & Rt. 1. Public transportation also very accessible.
