Looking for a 3rd roommate for my town home we are all young in our 20s males who are working professionals. Property is located in a gated community with security, pool, park and clubhouse. You will have your own half bath as well. Shower is shared. We are all clean, respectful and responsible we expect the same as well. There will not be much to have extra storage besides your room, the half bathroom and some space in the kitchen for your supplies. Washing facilities are also available and included in the rent.

We are young professional working males who are clean, responsible and respectful. Both of us work all the time and are either out of town or working, we would expect the next person to also be working preferably no work remote. I John am the home owner who is part of the LGBTQ community, i am respectful individual and would like another roommate to also be respectful to me as well. I don’t allow any pets in the property, If you are a smoker it must be done outside the property not inside. I also dont allow overnight guest nor visitors until i get use to you more.
