Alexandria, not Baileys Crossroads.

Spacious basement bedroom with a large deck in suburban Alexandria. The room for rent is approximately 800 sq ft. There are ample lights, windows, and a sliding deck door. The view is a forested view, complete with a stream in the forest/backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, and of course being Alexandria, fairly close to everything.

Included with the room will be access and use of the spacious upstairs kitchen which has had a recent lighting renovation. House access is through the front door. This house has a two-level outdoor deck, part of which is outside the basement room sliding door. The Parking type is street parking.

In the basement room there is a shared laundry room facility, HVAC room. Some access must be retained by the home owner for laundry and technical items. I will always respect your privacy and coordinate any access.

I am a clean, responsible, respectful and mature person, and I expect no less from the renter. Income and employment verifications will be asked for.
