Shawn's room

I recently moved from TX to NC. I leased a 4 bedroom home in Greensboro. One is a bonus room that I’d like to make into a theater room, the master, and a guest room. Which leave an extra bedroom and bathroom available for you. Common areas shared.

I’m not looking to get rich on renting a room, although I think it would help to have someone from the area that can give me pointers for things to do, place to visit, good eats, grocery store, church, and outdoor activities.

I have a daughter in college that will be visiting 2-4 times a year. And I have a dog.

Non-smoker Somewhat clean. It doesn’t have to be a museum. I rate myself an 8/10 for cleanliness.

I’m fairly reserved and quiet, although I’m goofy. I don’t want someone that parties a lot or want to have friends over all the time. Someone that has their act together is working or going to school and is focused on improving their life.

Someone that communicates clearly on their expectations as a roommate.

Again, I’m new to the area and new to thinking about having a roommate. Let me know your thoughts, and maybe it’s something we can work out.
