Hi there! Looking for a female roommate to share my apartment. Need someone by April first. I have a bedroom available starting in March. The apartment is 2 bedrooms and shared 1 full bath and a half bathroom. Located close to Carlsbad Village on Jefferson St. The rent is $2345. I pay $1250and so $1100 would be your half and that would include a parking spot. Electric and internet are separate, usually that amounts to about $135 a month. Would prefer someone closer to my age (30s) but not a dealbreaker, just someone who I would get along with and would help keep the apartment tidy and is dog friendly.
Please note, the apartment has a no pets policy, unless they are ESA or service animal.
