Need someone to sublease!! This is one unit in a 3 bedroom apartment for sublease over the summer for students. Lease would be from May- July 31st and you can decide if you want to re-sign after that! It is a private room, private bathroom, and walk in closet with a shared living room and kitchen. This apartment comes fully furnished including a washer and dryer. There is also a gym on the property as well as an outside pool! Close proximity to UNC Campus as well as grocery stores. Roomates are super nice, however they will be moving out at some point over the summer too. You will have the whole apartment to yourself for a good part of the summer!
