2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Yucaipa, CA. The apartment is currently under construction so it will be a completely brand new unit. The tenant will have an unfurnished private room and will share the restroom with me. The room’s will be 12’ x 12’. The restroom is a good size and is a walk-in shower, no tub. The tenant will have kitchen access, including room in the fridge and freezer. The common areas will be furnished by me and available to the tenant. We can discuss access to the washer and dryer. There is a nice sized patio and I have patio furniture that will be out there and available for the tenants use. There is a long drive way with two parking spots directly in front of the apartment, not street parking. This unit is one of three units on the property and they are all owned by a couple. It is a safe neighborhood and is quiet/private. Sorry no pets are allowed no questions asked. Only water, sewage, and trash are included. Internet, Gas, and Electricity, would be split between both of us. We can discuss the security deposit. I am 24-years old. I currently attend Cal State San Bernardino. I will be graduating with my Master’s Degree in May 2023. A few things that I enjoy are hiking, reading, traveling, and going to music festivals. I am friendly when appropriate but also keep to myself. I am VERY VERY clean which is a requirement of the tenant. I have a no shoe rule inside the house, as I always keep the floors clean. It will be expected from myself and the tenant that all areas in the apartment are kept clean at ALL times. Cleanliness is a non-negotiable. I am open to having a male or female roommate but NO kids or couples. My only preference is that the tenant is a student, so students will take priority. As a student, I understand the struggle of finding appropriate housing that is safe, clean, reliable, and a peaceful environment. So, my goal is to provide that to a student so that they can focus on their studies.
